Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Customers provide the shipping fee for both sides (the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount).

Eligibility for Returns

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we will schedule a return pickup from your delivery address. Items sent back to us without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. In such cases, we will ensure a hassle-free return process, and no shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. We will request your UPI ID or bank account details to complete the refund.
